Commission Orders
All commissions include the cost of:
• The Canvas (one canvas or canvas set depending on request)
• Gesso primer and tape (for preparation)
• One base color (typically white or black but multiple options)
• Up to four accent colors
• Matte or gloss varnish seal
• Certificate of authenticity
Additional Options:
• Additional colors ($5.00/color)
• Resin top coat (cost is dependent on canvas size; range between $12.00 and $65.00)
Rectangle Canvas sizes:
• 16”x20”- $85.00
• 18”x24”- $100.00
• 20”x24”- $145.00
• 24”x30”- $175.00
• 24”x36”- $200.00
• 30”x40”- $245.00
• 36”x36”- $350.00
• Larger sizes can be purchased on request. Prices will vary.
Oval, Circular, and hexagon shapes also available. Inquire for rates.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the work. I package all of my art myself and will ship using your preferred carrier. Once I receive payment for the shipping, I will print the label and send out the work.
Payments and Deposits:
• I accept payments through Venmo, Paypal, and Zelle
• I require a 40% non-refundable deposit for all commissions. This 40% will be applied to the total cost of the commission.
• The only conditions a deposit will be refunded are (1) if I am unable to complete the commission (due to illness, accident, or an unforeseen life event), or (2) if you cancel within 48 hours of placing the order.
• I will not begin the commission until the deposit is received.
• By paying the deposit you are consenting to my deposit policy.
What if I need to cancel my commission?
• Life events are understandable. If something comes up and you need to cancel your commission please let me know ASAP. If you cancel within 72 hours of placing your order your deposit will be refunded.
• If you cancel after 72 hours the commission will not be completed and no refund will be issued.

Shipping Policy
What You Need to Know
Commission orders are packaged personally by the artist. I will notify you via email once the painting is ready to ship. I will use your preferred shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEX, or DHL). Once I calculate the cost of shipping I will notify you with an invoice (will be due at time of payment for the rest of commission). Once the balance is paid the painting will be shipped.

To reduce waste, some of the boxes and packing materials are repurposed. All boxes will be identified with a Psyched Out Art NC sticker or stamp. Other logos, such as "Amazon" may be visible as well.
Returns
How It Works
Returns and refunds may be issued on a case by case basis. If artwork is damaged in transit a refund or replacement piece may be offered.

Refunds will be issued for unused, returned journals within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for the return shipping.

No returns or refunds for final sale products.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
